Refund Policy 

At Panna Kicks NI, our aim is to provide excellent customer satisfaction; therefore we have set out our terms below to help on those rare occasions when things don’t quite go to plan.  If you have any questions regarding the terms of the Refund & cancellation Policy, we’re happy to discuss matters via email on Pannakicksni@gmail.com

The terms and conditions noted below explain our policy on refunds and cancellations for Panna Kicks NI.

What happens if I want to cancel my order? 

Panna kicks NI (“we”, “our”, “us”) operate a 24 hour cancellation policy.

We operate a cancellation policy to minimise the number of no-shows as this then takes away a potential session that another player may have been able to have.  If you cancel within 24 hours of your session then 100% of the session/event will need to be paid for.

Before making any charges we will always try to rearrange your session/event to another time slot, within a 2 week period. 

If you have any outstanding cancellation fees, you will not be able to use our services until any outstanding payments have been made. Once these payments have been made, you will be able to carry on using our services as you would like.

Where we have to cancel our sessions for any reason, e.g. bad weather or staff illness you will not be required to pay for your sessions, and we will let you know with as much time as possible. In the instance, where you have already paid for your sessions we will offer you a refund in the form of credit with ourselves.

Behaviour policy

The parents/ Guardians of children who consistently misbehave will be notified and asked to take action to prevent a recurrence. If the bad behaviour continues Panna kicks NI reserves the right to exclude badly behaved children from any activity/ event.
